SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. You will be sent an email notifcation as soon as your order has shipped. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

Standard shipping $9.20
Express shipping $12.20
Free Shipping on all orders over $100 (within Australia)

Estimated shipping timeframes as follows:

Standard 2-10 business days
Express 1-2 business days 

Please note, there may be shipping delays due to Covid-19. We are unable to take liability for any external delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our West Leederville clinic. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before visiting to collect. You will be notified when your order is available for collection.

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation to collect.

Please note our opening hours for order collection of Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
